Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Due to increased demands for medical care and our desire to help as many pets as possible, we are implementing a No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy. *

We understand that circumstances arise when appointments need to be rescheduled. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely veterinary care. If it is after hours, please leave a message on the clinic's voicemail. *

Appointment Cancellation

If the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours, there will be a $25.00 non-refundable deposit required to reschedule. That deposit will be good for one year and credited towards the next appointment. *

Anesthetic Procedure Late Cancellation: If an anesthetic procedure is not cancelled within 24 hours, there will be a $75 deposit required to reschedule and will be good for one year and credited towards the rescheduled procedure. *

No-Shows

A No-Show appointment is when you fail to show up for the scheduled appointment time.

Appointment No-Show: If you fail to show for your appointment, there will be $58.00 non-refundable deposit required to schedule your next appointment which will be credited towards that appointment. After the 2nd no-show, there will be a $58.00 non-refundable no-show fee in addition to a $58.00 deposit that will be credited toward the next appointment. *

Surgery No-Shows: If you fail to show for a scheduled anesthetic procedure, there will be a $150.00 deposit required to reschedule and will be credited toward the rescheduled procedure. After the 2nd no-show, there will be a $150.00 no-show fee that will be charged to your account, and we will NOT be rescheduling that procedure. *
